Bumps on my face that i cant get rid of?

no matter how clear my face is.. pimple wise.. i still have little bumps on my face theyre not pimples theyre skin colored tiny bumps. what are they and how would you suggest to get rid of them without seeing a derm?? -ive used 3 neutogena products in the last yr and a half i prefer there products with everything on my face-
