Is this possible? Or the least even healthy?

Well I have a friend (note: I'm not using this phrase as an excuse) who I got into a conversation about masturbation (awkwardly, I don't even remember how we got from "How was school, do you have cigarettes?" to "...masturbation...". Any who, according to him, he said it takes him at least 30 minutes to finish ming. 30 minutes? I thought 12 minutes was the norm at the least but half an hour? He's not that adept to the English language so I'm guessing he misunderstood me but if he didn't, is this possible? Thank you so much
