Why is god completely blameless when it comes to who goes to hell?

or its like a doctor trying to give a cancer patient chemo and he refuses and dies...death by cancer is pretty violent ...God didn't make sin and that's the cancer metaphor we are already dying in the hell of our own creation christianity is not about condemnation we have already condemned ourselves ..its about hope and salvation hell is easily avoidable like cancer can be treated only those who stubbornly refuse the doctor (God ) help die (go to hell)
