Strictness of authorities in wildwood, nj on house parties?

I am curious about how the authorities in wildwood are in dealing with house parties, in particular the ones that have 18+ kids partying at with drinking and if its very common to get raided. I understand when you move party outside and become annoying to neighbors it increases your odds but just typical party where there are underage kids but its kept to a fairly reasonable level. are the police very keen on busting kids with that?
