Making kandi kid clothes? Where to get a cheap sewing machine?

Yeah I'm a kandi kid. No I don't do drugs. I have before. Not really my cup of tea. But anyway. I wanna make fluffies (furry legwarmers) but I don't have a sewing machine. Where can I get a cheap sewing machine? My grandma has a portable one and I don't know where she got it but I'd like one. (:
