Where should I stay in orlando if visiting seaworld and epcot?

I am planning a trip to Orland from Aug 1st to Aug 5th with my parents (from china, don't speak English), my daughter and my husband. We plan on visisting epcot and seaworld. The hotel we booked was Sunlake. I just realized that hotel is going bankrupt. Customers have been giving it horrible reviews. I am upset that book it recommend that hotel to me 2 month ago. Anyway, I want to change a hotel right now, does anyone know where I should stay to be convenient and not too expensive. We also need advise on where to get tickets cheap and should we rent a car when down there?
