Calculate the possible dead load (lb/sf) for the given structure and the size of footings needed for course to?

A. 1 story plus basement = asphalt shingle roof, 2”x 8” rafters 16” o.c., 2”x10” wood joist floors, oak veneer flooring, gypsum and lath ceiling, brick veneer on wood, 2”x4” studs 16’ o.c., 1” thick wood sheathing, 8” thick foundation wall. Length of rafter 10’, half span of ceiling 4’. Height of wall measure 8’-6”, half span of floor to center beam is 4’. Height of foundation wall is 8’-6”.(Architectural draft 2)
