Are there scholarships available for children with deceased parents, foster kids, or orphans?

Of course! There's scholarships for just about everything and anything, including those who are left handed lol. Go to google & search "Scholarships for foster kids" or just "Scholarships" in general & a bunch of links pops out. I can't seem to understand how you didn't find it............
